We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or operated by Park Güell, Barcelona de Serveis Municipals (BSM), the Ajuntament de Barcelona, or any other rights holder connected to the park.
The official Park Güell website is parkguell.barcelona. If you are looking for the operator, that is where to go.
We are an independent travel publication. Everything here is editorial - our own research, reading and judgement.
2. Trademarks and names
"Park Güell", "Sagrada Família", "Tiqets", and every other trademark, brand name, trading name and logo referred to on this site belong to their respective owners.
We use them for identification and informational purposes only, as is necessary and lawful when writing about a place or a company. Nothing here should be read as a claim of ownership, licence, partnership, official status, or authorisation.
Where a name appears in a page title, heading or URL, it is describing the subject matter. It is not a claim to be that subject.
3. We do not sell tickets
We are not the seller of record for any ticket.
We do not process payments. We do not take bookings. We do not issue, hold, amend, cancel or refund tickets, and we have no access to any ticketing or reservation system.
Where you book through a link on this site, the sale is between you and that third-party provider, under their terms and conditions. Your contract is with them. Your voucher names them. Any question about a booking - changes, refunds, a confirmation that never arrived - goes to that provider, not to us.
Some links are affiliate links and we earn commission on bookings made through them. This never changes the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure.
4. Accuracy
We work hard on accuracy. Prices, opening hours and access rules are checked against the park operator's own publications and against Ajuntament de Barcelona records, and every such figure on this site carries the date it was verified.
We still cannot guarantee it. Prices change. Hours change seasonally and around public holidays. Access rules change - Park Güell went online-only in July 2024, and pages across the internet still have not caught up.
Always confirm current prices, times and rules with the official operator before travelling or paying. Treat this site as a guide to how the system works, not as a substitute for the operator's own booking page on the day.
Where sources conflict, or where a commonly repeated figure could not be substantiated, we say so on the page rather than picking something that sounds authoritative. Some widely published Park Güell statistics do not appear here for exactly that reason.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for:
- Loss, cost or inconvenience arising from reliance on information here, including a missed time slot, a void ticket, or a trip made in vain
- Errors, omissions or out-of-date content
- The content, availability, terms or conduct of any third-party site or provider
- Interruptions to, or unavailability of, this site
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Your booking decisions are yours. Please read the terms presented at checkout by whoever you buy from.

We link to the park operator, city council pages, ticket partners, and occasionally to travel forums and other publications where they are the source of something we cite.
We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Using this site
You may read, quote and share this content, with attribution and a link.
You may not republish substantial portions of it as your own, scrape it systematically, or present our research as yours. Copy in page text is ours; trademarks and third-party material referenced remain with their owners.
8. Rights holders: corrections and takedown
If you are a rights holder and something on this site misuses your trademark, misrepresents your organisation, reproduces your material without permission, or is simply wrong, contact us and we will deal with it.

Our commitment: we will acknowledge within 5 working days, and where a complaint is well founded we will correct or remove the material promptly. We would rather fix something than argue about it. No lawyer required for a first approach.
